--with-gnu-malloc: flag removed. Don't substitute GNUMALLOC. Don't

define USE_GNU_MALLOC or USING_GNU_MALLOC.  Don't use the following
that was only used because of GNU malloc: SUNOS_LOCALTIME_BUG,
getpagesize, memmove, AC_USG.  Don't attempt to create
src/libraries/gnumalloc/Makefile.
