               Documented the aux-item definition file format.
               Updated the database format documentation.

(prot_a_is_legal_fnc): Added user_active, who_is_on_dynamic and
	get_static_session_info.

	requested function is not supported instead of raising an
	ISC_PROTOCOL_ERR.

(prot_a_init): Set array_parse_index.

(prot_a_is_legal_fnc): fnc_accept_async and fnc_query_async are legal calls

Added get_uconf_stat server call.
Database can now store eight-bit Conf_type
