I missed that you buy stuff by adding them to big buy, and then removing
it, allowing SQL triggers to handle all the logic. This means that for
actually removing items you need to temporarly disable that
functionality. This commit does that.

Caused by total_price not being initialized to 0.

Translated the UI to Swedish and added a comment to clarify an initially confusing section.

The note system was a mistake to begin with, and nobody used it,
so it's gone now.

This commit should contain all parts of it, if someone wants to
look at it again in the future.

Old copies of the database could still have the table for notes,
this should probably be ok to drop.

Började skriva dokumentation för databasen, med mål att
få så pass bra ordning på den så jag kan börja skriva
rutinerna för att bryta ut bokförings och bokslutsinformation
från den.

För nuvarande är jag dock för dålig på bokföring för att kunna
göra det.

Jag är även medveten om att texten är ganska usel. Jag känner
att jag skriver alldeles för lite för att ha flyt i att få fram
bra texter.
