This adds configuration for the vindbrygga service. It provides SSH
access on several non standard ports on its own domain name.

Currently, the host keys pointed to by the configuration file are not
stored in puppet and need to be handled manually.

There is no need for slim on Shipon. Move it to its own class.

Puppet lint was complaining that the correct directory structure wasn't
being adhered to.

Add class for LDAP client configuration. This should allow logins
authenticated against Lysator's FreeIPA server.

To prepare for LDAP support, NIS is factored out into its own class.
