Nginx is apparently not suitable to run as a non-administrator because
paths like /var/log/nginx seem hard coded at compile time.

Add package for the Nim programming language.

Add the crystal programming language along with its package manager
shards.

i3 conflicts with i3-gaps. i3-gaps should follow upstream i3 with a few
extra features. Remove i3 and keep i3-gaps for now.

There is no need for slim on Shipon. Move it to its own class.

Puppet lint was complaining that the correct directory structure wasn't
being adhered to.

The two packages do not exist in the package repository.

To prepare for LDAP support, NIS is factored out into its own class.
