* src/sftp/sftp-server.c (sftp_send_status): Added human-readable
message and language tag.
(sftp_process_mkdir): Get file attributes from the message, and
honor permission bits, if available.
(sftp_process_readlink): New function.
(sftp_process_symlink): New function.
(main): Added sftp_process_readlink and sftp_process_symlink to
the dispatch table.
