(lsh_string_realloc): Deleted function.
(do_read_packet, make_read_packet): Allocate block_buffer,
mac_buffer and mac_computed at creation time, using
SSH_MAX_BLOCK_SIZE and SSH_MAX_MAC_SIZE.
