* doc/lsh.texinfo (Files and environment variables): Added
documentation for LSHFLAGS, LSHGFLAGS, SSH_CLIENT and SSH_TTY.
(Converting keys): Added lsh-export-key example. Rewrote part
about lshs SPKI format slightly.
