the removed bugzilla links are present again.
* vars.el.in (kom-text-links): Added the sentence "Use the value t
as the car to apply the specification in all conferences." to the
documentation.  Let "bug X" link to the Bugzilla of Lysator by
default, so that we have a good sample value.
