* vars.el.in (kom-builtin-server-aliases): Added MysKOM.

	* Makefile (DPKG_BUILDPACKAGE_OPTIONS): New variable.
	(debian-packages): Pass DPKG_BUILDPACKAGE_OPTIONS along to
	dpkg-buildpackage.
