Pike on NT busy waits

I have noticed that after starting Roxen as a service on NT and Windows/2000, the pike program starts eating up CPU time. It is not a large amount but it seems to use time even when the server is getting NO hits. In addition, the pike process uses 10mb of RAM. This seems kind of high but is not important to me. I am using the Roxen 2.1.135 version (according to the Version file.)
