Commands that should be part of initial release:

• init
• test
• open
• submit
• tips
• compile
• clean

Each of these commands should be accessible from the command line and should be automatically tested on the testrunner with sensible tests. The commands, for which it is relevant, should contain both a C++ version and Python 3 version and the CLI should (as often as possible) automatically decide which one to use (and allow for extensibility with other languages).
