Overflow error in mktime when sizeof(time_t) > sizeof(INT_TYPE)

Found a bug with the tag. If you enter an ISO time of 1901-01-01 hh:mm, you get the wrong output.

Ex:

outputs (incorrectly): 15:45, December the 13th, 1901

outputs (correctly): 13:15, January the 1st, 2001
