Ryttargardskyrkan: Adjust to mailman filesystem layout changes.

* fetch-work-pcfritz: The mailman archives moved from /usr/local to
  /var/lib back in 2009. Adjust the backup script. (We do have backups
  of the data in /var/lib, but all in one big chunk.)
