* src/symmetric/serpent.c: Replaced the AES "All rights reserved"

copyright blurb with the vanilla GPL blurb, after confirming with
the authors that the code really is GPL:ed.
* src/symmetric/serpentsboxes.h: Likewise.

* src/symmetric/serpentsboxes.h: Replaced unsigned long with
UINT32.
