Removed generated files in doc.

Removed files:

- doc/elisp-client
- doc/elisp-client.nuked
- doc/elisp-client-0.34.txt

These files were removed before CVS had proper removal support.
It is unknown exactly when they were deleted, but they were deleted
before v0-35-alfa.

(The source that these files were generated from appear to be lost,
unfortunately.)
