- debian changes

- opcodes.c fix for get_opcode_name signature
- fix for the libhowl configure.in - should use -lhowl and not -llibhowl
  (incidentally - couldn't the check use pkg-config? On Linux libhowl
   requires -lpthread, using pkg-config would make the check more robust)
