Improved Pike.count_memory to handle cyclic structures.

Also added a new API for visiting the refs in arbitrary refcounted blocks.
The gc check/mark/cycle-check functions are not converted to this API (the
gc itself is actually restored to how it was before the first count_memory
checkin).
