error creating admin interface

I have been successfully compiling roxen-2.1.199 on my slackware box, unfortunately, I got this error message while trying to create Admin Interface.

Does anyone knows how to get it up? I am running dual processor Intel PIII, Ultra2 SCSI HD with kernel 2.2.18.
