"warning: pointer of type `void *' used in arithmetic"

When compiling with gcc 3.0 you get a lot of warnings, "warning: pointer of type `void *' used in arithmetic".
This is probably due to buggy Linux include files, not a Pike problem.
(why can't I mark this as fixed when I commit it? :) )
