Stdio.File->read(), since the latter sometimes didn't work (blocked
  Stdio.File->indefinitely).
- NNTP.pmod now sends commands ending with \r\n instead of just \n.
- Added second argument, port, to SMTP.client.create to allow usage of
  non-standard ports.
